T.I.E.C reserves the right to approve or
reject the registration application. Companies which have not
been accepted to the fair will be notified in writing.

Participants who request to cancel their
application must do so in writing 45 days before the opening day
of the fair to receive the return of their payments. Deposits
and other payments will not be returned to companies canceling
after the above specified time.

 |
Exhibitors may not assign their space to
another party without prior notification and approval of the
exhibition management.
|
 |
T.I.E.C provides stand and accessories that
are in good working order. In case of any damage, the
responsibility to pay damage costs lies with the exhibitor.

 |
Prepared stands will be given to participants
three days before the opening day of the fair.
|
 |
Stands should be returned within two days
after closing day of the fair.
|
 |
Exhibition goods should be forwarded to:
Sahlan customs grounds, Tabriz-Iran in reference to the
exhibition at the Tabriz International Fair grounds.

 |
All the goods shall be entered to the
fairground under the regulation of Temporary entry.
|
 |
Samples brought to this fair could be cleared
through customs, and rented space should be enough to allocate
all samples.
